What do I need to provide to collaborate with a designer?

Nothing before the call. Bring photos, a sketch, your contractor's plans, or nothing at all, and your designer will tell you what else is needed.

How can I get in touch with my designer?

You can reach your designer via phone or email.

When should I start working with a designer for my project?

We recommend starting your collaboration with a designer anywhere from two weeks to two months before your project's start date. This timeframe ensures that the designer has ample opportunity to develop a layout and consider the lead time required for delivering your cabinets.

Do you provide a service for measuring kitchens?

We don't measure on site. Your designer walks you through what to measure on the call, and we have a measuring guide that shows each wall.

What steps can I take to expedite the design process?

To expedite the design process, familiarize yourself with the different cabinet lines we provide and identify which ones you find appealing. Pre-ordering a sample door can also facilitate your selection. Providing your designer with an architectural plan, CAD model, prior design plans, or previous estimates can also speed up the process.

I've sent in my details but haven't received a response yet?

Assigning your project to a designer usually takes 1 to 2 business days. During peak sale times, this might extend by an additional day. If you've waited over three business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.

What if I want more revisions?

Your first design and its review are free. More revisions or alternate layouts take a small design deposit, credited in full to your order.
